Cancellations & Refunds
- Free cancellation or reschedule up to 48 hours before your delivery date — full refund, no questions asked.
- Cancel within 48 hours of delivery and we refund 50% to cover prep and scheduling.
- Once bins are delivered, the rental is non-refundable — but you can extend anytime at just $10/day.
- Outside our service area? If we can\'t deliver to you, you get a 100% refund.
- Refunds return to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
